Erected as a tea and holiday home in the former private park of the Nordhorn textile manufacturer Bernhard Rawe. After decades of only sporadic use (e.g. as an artist's apartment) renovated in 1997/1998 by GEWO. Reopened on May 8, 1998 as “Café im Stadtpark”.
