The middle defense tower of the ring wall complex on Kuglerhang was completed in 1480. The Reiterbild facing the city side was renewed in 1968 by the artist Paul Kälberer. In the ring wall tower with the rider image, the Cultural and Museum Association maintains a museum of military history.
