in baroque style. In 1806 the King of Württemberg raised the Horber

At the end of the 14th century, Count Rudolf III von Hohenberg created a monastery for canons. The church was built and enlarged in the Gothic style on the hill above the old town. After a devastating fire in the city in 1725, it was given a baroque appearance when it was rebuilt. Only in the eastern area do windows, vaults and a beautiful portal still indicate the original Gothic style.
