"The response to your project, as I gather from the press, is great. I would also like to express my pleasure and approval to you. I may be Swiss, but I have often explored the Mark in Fontane's footsteps, including Fouqué, Chamisso , Tucholsky, Brecht. I am convinced that a Märkische Dichterstraße will arouse interest beyond Germany's borders."
