I was on sick leave for three weeks after my surgery and was not allowed to cycle. Due to constantly sitting at home, I have eaten myself fat and now have to get rid of the pounds. Therefore, a beautiful trip to the Black Forest. And to make that work, I'm taking a big run-up from Ulm via the Danube and Lake Constance.

Vlotho - Bad Salzuflen - Lemgo - Hameln
Schöne Tour, irgendwie hat das diesige Wetter dazu gepasst. Ich wollte erst noch nach Bad Pyrmont aber das hat auch so gereicht. Die morgige Tour fällt wohl ins Wasser aber man kann ja sicherlich im Herbst auch noch ein paar gute Reisen unternehmen.

The ride out of the Black Forest in the Nagold valley was the last part of this tour. It was a relaxed roll-out because it was constantly downhill even though it was 90 km. Tomorrow I'm heading home first.
