The Federal Chancellery is a building in the Berlin district of Tiergarten (Mitte borough) and the seat of the German federal authority of the same name. As part of the relocation of the German Federal Government from Bonn to Berlin, the Chancellery moved into the new building designed by architects Axel Schultes and Charlotte Frank. The building is part of the ensemble of buildings called the “Band des Bundes” (Federal Strip) in the Spreebogen area, Willy-Brandt-Straße 1, 10557 Berlin. The Federal Chancellery in Berlin is the largest government headquarters in the world.
