The Parish Church of the Holy Trinity, built by the great Baroque master builder Balthasar Neumann in the mid-18th century, is one of the many attractions of the small village Gaibach. It is almost always open to the visitor. In addition to the Gaibach Castle, which lies diagonally opposite, there is also a walk to the circular cross chapel, which was built according to designs by Johann Leonard Dientzenhofer, and to the Constitution Column, the landmark of Gaibach. Unfortunately, the Kreuzkapelle, which is absolutely worth seeing, is mostly closed.

The parish church of the Holy Trinity was built in the years 1742-1745 according to the plans of Balthasar Neumann. In 1748, the Würzburg citizen and court organ maker Johann Philipp Seuffert built an instrument with 12 registers.

The central part of the five-axis case is crowned by a mighty coat of arms. Given the unusual shape of the housing, the separate wind chests of the manual are far apart behind the belt cornice. The prospectus follows the curved shape.
