Killesberg Tower

The Killesbergpark, together with the Schlossgarten and the Rosensteinpark, forms the famous Stuttgart "Green U"

in the park there is a lookout tower, an amusement park, gardens with flowers, drinks and snacks in kiosks and restaurants, and an outdoor swimming pool.

The Höhenpark has always been one of the highlights of the city.

The altitude park Killesberg is part of the "Green U", the green network, which connects various park and green spaces of the city since the 1993 International Garden Show. From Schlossplatz, walkers can reach Schlossgarten, Rosensteinpark, Leibfriedschen Garten and Wartberg on the Killesberg. There you will find a lookout tower, various garden monuments, an animal meadow with adjoining playground and even an outdoor pool. The Killesberg is used every year for various events such as the Festival of Lights with fireworks or concerts. If you are not afraid of racing speed, you can take the Killesbergbahn, a 381mm parking lift, behind a steam or diesel locomotive for a round trip.
