Almost disappeared behind trees, the old swimming pool of Ziesar is in a deep sleep. Generations of Ziesarans have learned to swim there. 87 years ago, on June 12, 1932, the citizens opened their swimming pool with a party. Finally, in 1998, the city of Ziesar ceased operations. For 66 years, the swimming pool has been the summer's magnet for families, youth and the elderly.
