The Haus zum Walfisch is a late Gothic bourgeois house in the old town of Freiburg im Breisgau. It is a listed building and part of a complex of formerly 17 individual buildings, which is used by the Sparkasse. The front of the house is on Franziskanerstraße [No. 5], the back on Gauchstraße with the square opposite, the Kartoffelmarkt.
