The Mount of Olives group near the Spitalkirche in Baden-Baden shows Jesus Christ praying with three of his sleeping disciples. The stone monument once belonged to the city cemetery, which was located here in front of the medieval city wall. It remained as the cemetery moved to Lichtental. During the construction of the Caracalla Therme, the monument was moved to its present position.
