The business building was converted into a press building. The facade was painstakingly restored with two-tone clinker surfaces and magnificent plaster ornaments in a two-tone design in accordance with the monument. The tower was rebuilt according to old archive documents and is a striking symbol of Sophienstraße. The customer area is on the ground floor and the editorial offices of the Thüringen newspaper group are on the upper floors. An elevator accesses all office floors.
