The green St. Pauli Bunker impressively demonstrates how a place of the past can become a space for the future.
The former high-rise bunker was expanded by five floors, landscaped, and equipped with a publicly accessible roof garden at a height of 58 meters. A spiral mountain path winding around the facade leads to a green oasis with over 23,000 plants that not only enhance the cityscape but also improve the microclimate.
