In Rheinhessen, Wingertshäuschen and trulli protected both the vineyard workers and the Wingertschütz from rain, thunderstorms and extreme heat. In Flörsheim-Dalsheim there are particularly many trulli, which are round in contrast to the square vineyard houses.
