A good way to travel to/from Leipzig with the RR without traffic. Attention: a section of about 1.5 kilometers is with loose ground. Rideable with the RR but no asphalt.

The top commentary is from racing bike view "complain at a high level" and absolute bullsh *, I was able to pull through with a cut of 40 km / h for 6 kilometers on a perfect paved road, which does not feel rough at all, and there are exactly 2 of Cars pass through transitions, with a road width of about 6 meters, which are absolutely not worth mentioning. It would be worth mentioning in the case rather really that about 1.5 kilometers before the transition to the bridge direction Domholzschenke the asphalt changes completely to Kieselsteinigen, loose ground.Everything else makes the negative, last part of the comment, this Daniels completely obsolete about me, because you could devalue from these aspects any known track ... so enjoy views, brutal on the pedals and have fun!

Cycling is not bad here. However, the city could really make one or the other corner a little nicer here. Even the narrow weir at the sewage plant is a danger point. Likewise the annoying overpass for cyclists and pedestrians on Hans-Driesch-Straße (no traffic light, no zebra crossing, many cars).
