Kamor Trestenkopf Summit

The panorama that awaits you on the camera cannot be described in photos or words. From this rather unknown summit, one has an excellent view of the "majesties" of the Alpstein. While the Hohe Kasten is in a pretty pose nearby, the view glides over the exposed mountain range down to the Altmann, from there over to the Säntis and the Altalpentobel in the distance. The deep dark lakes in the valleys are beautiful.

Although the Kamor Trestenkopf is only a short distance from the Hohe Kasten, it is a lot quieter here and the view is at least as beautiful.
The way over the Unter Kamor to the Kamor Trestenkopf is a beautiful mountain hiking trail, the road that leads up is only crossed briefly and the last stretch of the road can be bypassed by simply following the ridge to the Kamor Trestenkopf, which I personally do a lot find it nicer.

It's worth it in both summer and winter
