A very modern zoo, i. the enclosures are generously laid out and it is deliberately avoided to keep heavy exotics. Constant expansion and a great pedagogical approach. So there is also the "Tiergartenschule" and various "holiday weeks", in which children the welfare of zoo animals is taught.
