The "Fidus-Haus", a residential and studio building with garden and property fence in Köpenicker Straße 46 was built from 1907 to 1910 in the local style and has been a listed building since GDR times. It was designed by Fidus himself, who also lived in it. The house stood empty for a long time after reunification. It belonged to a community of heirs who sold it to a Berlin businessman. He had the house extensively renovated from 1996 to 1998.
