Brasserie ’t Park was an icon in the Vrijbroekpark for 47 years and is now being renovated to eventually rise again in the style of Expo 1935.
New name
The Derése family is therefore naming the brasserie, ‘VerToi’, literally ‘towards you’ and referring to the color green. They say they want to do what they love in an environment that they love. The building will be made available as a shell so that the operators can take care of the interior design themselves. They will do this with sustainable finishing materials.
