Information:
The hike through the Lieblingstal is a popular route that follows in the footsteps of Johann Gottlob von Quandt through the romantic landscape. The art patron Johann Gottlob von Quandt created the so-called "Lieblingstal" (Favorite Valley), thus making it his "beautified landscape." He lived and worked in the region during the 19th century. The trail is idyllic, following the Schullwitzbach stream, and features monuments, the Hubertus Chapel, numerous information signs, and more.
