The bust of King Albert I is the work of sculptor Stella LAURENT.
On Saturday 20 February 2010, the City of Tournai and the Ath-Tournai-Mouscron Department of the Dynastic Movement organized a commemoration ceremony for the bust of King Albert I and the bas-relief of Queen Elisabeth, both created by the sculptor Stella Laurent.
