"The Mooshütte is located on the Bäderlei and combines a great panoramic view of Bad Ems with a nice picnic area. North (right) of the Lahn begins the Westerwald, south (left) of the Taunus. The rocky ridge on which we stand fascinated Romance the spa guests. The Heinzelmann caves a little below provided material for imaginative stories. As early as 1816, a rock path for riding donkeys was laid out and the first moss hut was built here.
