The Victorian Gothic clock tower has always been a landmark of the old harbor. Originally the harbormaster's office, it was built in 1882. The second floor houses a decorative mirror room, allowing the harbormaster to oversee all harbor activity. On the ground floor is a tide gauge used to control the tide level. The clock tower's restoration was completed in late 1997 and is now a protected heritage site.

The Clock Tower originally housed the Harbour Master's office, including a mirrored room for monitoring port operations. The clock was built in Edinburgh in 1882. Over the years, the tower tilted slightly (now 5cm), which was stopped during the restoration. Its original red exterior facade was also restored.
