About jomi

Congratulations. That is a mega achievement. Certainly a trip you will never forget. Hopefully everyday life hasn't caught up with you again.

This report is again so beautifully written. You can really empathize.

Have a good rest from all the hardships and come home safe.🙋🏻‍♀️

    1. Stayed in Palas de Rei

Stayed at Albergue San Marcos. Again, highly recommended. And very well eaten at La Pulperia.

The next morning I had my traditional ☕️🥐 in a bar at 7:15 a.m. Who was there and a single heap of misery? The Casanovas. The evening before they drank away their frustration with 🍻, which

    1. Habe in Portomarín in der Herberge Huellas Albergue Touristico übernachtet. Sehr gut. 17€.

    1. Stayed at the Monastero Magdalena in Sarria yesterday. I was so glad that the super snorer wasn't in the room. I actually had it in front of me a few kilometers before Sarria. That was very strange because he doesn't walk well either, was still in bed when I left and he didn't overtake me either. It

    1. GALICIA!

      Another milestone.

Although at a significantly reduced speed, but YES!

For me, the milestone was, so to speak, catching up on my embarrassing performance at the Cruz de Ferro, when I missed picking up a stone in time. I did that now at the beginning of the ascent at 1270m altitude. There were so

After a day's break in Villafranca, I tried again. More on that in a moment.

The first night in V I stayed in the Albergue del Piedra (stone) and in fact the hostel is built directly onto the rock, which partly protrudes into the rooms. hostel ok But the best thing is the proximity

    1. Stayed last night in Ponferrada at San Nicolas hostel (on a donation basis). Very nice people take care of it, hostel is big - everything is there, what you need - and was very well occupied.

Had 2 racing cyclists in the room who do up to 180km a day. I then asked myself what that has to do with pilgrims

    1. Today's stage was fantastic. The most beautiful so far. At the same time the most painful. More on that later.

So I stayed at the Domus Dei hostel in the old church yesterday. Photos show the cramped bedroom. That's why the backpacks 🎒🎒🎒 had to stay in the common room. You just wouldn't have come to
