The Chinese Garden is a gift from the Chinese twin city of Kunming. It belongs to the group of temple gardens and is considered one of the highest ranking gardens outside of China. The garden was donated to the people of Zurich in 1994.

There used to be a public tour on the first Thursday from May to October, this was discontinued after Corona, but entry is now free.
