The bell tower was built in 1828 and used for a long time as a storm and fire bell. After the turn of the millennium he had to give way to a mining extension and it was demolished and rebuilt here. The bell tower is next to the quail tower on the Wachtelberg in Hennickendorf and the lookout tower on the Kranichberg in Woltersdorf one of the three towers, whose conquest leads to the tower diploma.
