As one of the last surviving testimonies to the founding history of Berlin, the ruins of the Franciscan monastery church are among the most important monuments in the city that are open to the public and used for cultural purposes. Goes back to a church in 1250. In brick Gothic style, it was the church of the local Gray Monastery of the Franciscan Order. Unfortunately destroyed in April 1945.
