Hiking
In this region, a lot of chicory was grown, dried and roasted at the time. Chicory was often used as a surrogate for (much more expensive) coffee.
This is also the case here on this old farm, most of the buildings of which are 20th century, while the history of the site goes back to the first half of the 15th (!) century.
