Hiking
Forest of about 16 hectares, next to Hoeve Ter Kerst and Dominiek Savio in Hooglede. The first plantings date from 2001, and in 2009 the youngsters were allowed to inaugurate the new play forest. They can romp around like crazy there. But Ter Kerst is big enough to also enjoy the peace and quiet. You might hear a chiffchaff singing or a green frog croaking.
