In the park cemetery, greenery and heritage live in harmony. In the oldest part, the so-called Campo Santo, important figures from the past such as Alfons Blomme and Albrecht Rodenbach are buried. In addition to historical and civil graves, the old cemetery contains military graves from the two world wars. The many monuments and funerary chapels have an impressive appearance. Well worth a visit.
