There are even two parking spaces here: After the entrance on the left, there is a paid parking lot belonging to the municipality of Wandlitz with a parking meter. Payment is possible via mobile or cell phone parking. Alternatively, you can park for free on the right after the entrance along the B273. However, these parking spaces usually fill up quite early.

Hiking

During the GDR era, the B273 was a four-lane highway as far as Wandlitz. After reunification, the two lanes of the eastbound carriageway were converted into a parking lot. The highest concentration of cars can be found at the "Zweijahreszeiten" forest bistro (access to Lake Liepnitz) and at the entrance to the Waldsiedlung (for employees and guests of the Waldsiedlung, where parking is subject to a fee).
