Now that I'm writing this, it's already been three weeks: Spring was finally really picking up speed. In this case, that meant there were early bloomers like hepatica and wood anemones to see, and lungwort – I don't know if that also counts among the early bloomers. Then the blackcaps were back too

Besides my selfie in frog's eye (moor frog), the early bloomers are of course the stars at this time: violets, lesser celandine, lungwort, and hepatica. Nuthatches and chaffinches also knew how to present themselves gallantly. Just like swans, mallards, robins, redwings, sparrows, and redstarts. Personally

Finally, I checked it out alone to see if there was anything to see, but this time we went as a pair. Because there is quite a lot to show.
Now also with some better pictures of the Potentilla.

Lunow-Stolzenhagen-Lunow

Whether the Little Fox (..the butterfly) or the red kite sitting in the tree was the top sighting of the day - a super difficult question..
Especially since the pheasant is also vying for participation in this selection. If this only vaguely seen bird, which disappeared unphotographed, had really been

Spring was good to us, showing us little flowers as well as courting goldeneyes and giving out sunshine with full hands..
The poor beaver was reported to nature conservation and it is to be assumed that he was collected for extensive examination. Somewhere I had seen pictures from the following days - and then he was gone.

The hiking boots weren't even fully on when a peacock crossed our path. Oh man.. how the feathers glitter in the sun..
The last peacock I had seen before.. might have been back in the D-Mark era.. but anyway. Great start to the little tour today.
Along the way, we see deer, bees and bumblebees, pansies
