Information:
In 1900, the Blaubornbach stream was dammed near Goldborn and the forest playground to create the Blauborn Pond. In 1911, it was dammed a second time further west, creating the Engelmann Pond. The Zeisigwald has served as a local recreation area since the late 18th century.
