Three-storey half-timbered building from 1507 with bay turret and art clock, open staircase (historical access), heraldry tower; 1564 archive tower, modernised 1602-1608; plastered and painted from 1780. Ground floor: open market hall, 1st floor: banquet hall, 2nd floor: court and council chambers, today offices of the city administration and the mayor. Remains of painted plank walls. Coat of arms of the neighbouring fountain gate (1583) next to the current main entrance. Completely renovated in 1926 and 1981.
