Whether as a seat in the market square, as a wall decoration, or as an ornament for the roundabout: The Schiebock (sliding goat) is omnipresent in Bischofswerda and is now almost impossible to imagine without the townscape. No wonder, given that the former district town itself bears the affectionate nickname "Schiebock" (sliding goat). The number of Schiebocks in public spaces has now grown to more than 30.
