Beautiful Medieval Bridge, probably from the 14th century, is long and well preserved and can be crossed in complete safety. River Marnel which forms a picturesque small lake. Mandatory stop for a rest under a tree on one of the lake's small islets. Very peaceful, very good with the chirping of birds and the croaking of frogs.

Road cycling

Five arch bridge on the Marnel river, constructed in the first half of C14. It used to be a part of the Porto-Coimbra road whose origins go back to the Roman times. There are some lovely picnic tables on islets just in front of the bridge. Watch out on the wooden walkways leading to them, they can get quite slippery.
