The Paradela Railway Station served the towns of Sever do Vouga and Paradela. Opened in 1913, the station closed in 1990 and subsequently fell into ruin. In 2011, Sociedade Polis Litoral Ria de Aveiro began its recovery, transforming it into a support hub for the Linha do Vouga eco-trail. Today it offers changing rooms, bicycle rental and repair, an environmental interpretation center, restaurant and terrace, making it a strategic stopping point for cyclists traveling through the region.
