Here you can cycle comfortably between the southern tangent and the railway, but without traffic on the cycle path. This is the second part from the Wolfartsweierer Bridge to Durlach

An elegant way to bypass the traffic areas. If you want to get to Durlach quickly, use this path between the B10 southern bypass and the railway tracks. The trees make the journey pleasant. An access road also leads to the Oberwald.

Cycling in Karlsruhe without car traffic from east to west or vice versa is easily possible on this route. In the east, the Turmberg is the most striking point. From there you have a wonderful view of the fan-shaped city, the Black Forest and the Palatinate Forest. Following the cycle path signs to the main station takes you through the Dornwaldsiedlung to the federal railway tracks. On the left is the southern bypass/B10, on the right the tracks you quickly reach the south exit of KA main station. Following the cycle path you reach the river Alb, which leads through the park (Günther Klotzanlage) and directly to the Rhine harbor. The northern side leads through the district of Daxlanden to the Rappenwört outdoor pool and the Karlsruhe Nature Friends House. On the southern side there is also a somewhat hidden cycle path through the industrial zone in the harbor area. The monument to the Rhine pioneer Gottfried von Tulla and the Maxau estate with a restaurant and children's play areas are the last waypoints before the Rhine bridge. On both sides of the four-lane road, a wide cycle path leads into the Palatinate.
