Alt: 582m Efstifoss is a waterfall of 20 meters high on the upper reaches of the Skógá river. This waterfall has a regular rectangular shape and is very similar to its bigger brother, the Skógafoss waterfall. Efstifoss is one of many waterfalls you will encounter on the Waterfall Way Hike, a route known for the large number of waterfalls along the Skógá River as you follow upstream from Skógafoss.
