The Mühlgraben is a watercourse in the Harz district in Saxony-Anhalt.

It branches off to the left of the Bode south of Quedlinburg, crosses the city center of Quedlinburg, flows further in a north-easterly direction south-east past Ditfurt and then flows back into the Bode.
