The Lambrecht station is located on the railway line Mannheim - Saarbrücken at the so-called Palatine Ludwigsbahn. This was opened in 1849. Today runs from Neustadt on Lambrecht a branch line over, the so-called "Kuckucksbähnel" that runs up to Elmstein. It is today a museum railway. The curvy and interesting route is operated by a steam train and traveled on old restored car material.
