From there you have a very beautiful view of the Elbe and the surrounding Elbe valley.
From the fortress wall you can see the various table mountains in the area such as the Lilienstein, the Pfaffenstein, the Quirl, the Papststein, the Gohrischtein and in the distance the Grosser Winterberg.
