Dodd is one of the subsidiary peaks of Skiddaw. It peaks above Dodd Wood and offers great views when the clouds allow. The summit is 1,647 feet (502 m).

This is a great "easier' to medium hike. Great for families and dogs. Lots of rpute that take you up the the summit of Dodd. On a clear day, the views are spectacular. There are well layed road/trails towards the bottom of Dodd. And well walked mud trails the fuether up the summit you get. I imagine if it had been raining, it would get muddy/slippy. But definatepy one to tick off.
