So-called "Goed ter Hoeyen", located in the street bend, in the lake area of the Plankbeek, border stream with Wannegem-Lede. Presumably a very old site, former tenant farm and fief of the manor of Ayshove, already mentioned in 1419 (see memorial plaque). At the beginning of the 16th century, it belonged to the Van Zevecote family (see street name). Semi-closed farm with L-shaped farmhouse and stables to the south and east and detached barn to the north of the partly grassy yard; iron entrance gate flanked by clipped holly trees in the northern corner.
