Today, this landmark offers visitors a beautiful view of Prague from the tenth floor, a restaurant located directly in the bell tower, as well as a museum and a gallery. Another unique feature is the carillon, an ensemble of ten cast bronze bells in the attic of the tower, which can be heard inside.

It is said that the Heinrich Tower has had several functions over the centuries. In addition to its role as a bell tower, it also served as a watchtower and even as a prison.
