Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld (officially "Bad Königshofen i.Grabfeld") is a small town in the Rhön-Grabfeld district of Lower Franconia. Elevated to the status of spa town in 1974, this recognized spa resort on the Franconian Saale River is located in Grabfeld at the foot of the Haßberge Mountains and is surrounded by the Bavarian Rhön and Thuringian Forest nature parks.
