A jump into the cool water and then a hearty snack in the beer garden by the lake: that is camping in Bavaria at its best. The campsite is located in an absolutely quiet location on an idyllic swimming lake, surrounded by forested mountains at the foot of the Rhön and the Haßberge. On the opposite side of the swimming and fishing lake there is a sandy beach for playing and digging, and there are also water slides for young and old in the lake. In addition, the swimming lake complex also has an attractive children's playground, a sunbathing lawn, beach volleyball field, table tennis tables, barbecue hut, outdoor games (mill, chess, don't-man-anger-you), picnic seating areas, and much more.
From April to October, the kiosk at the swimming lake with a beautiful beer garden is open all day (German, Italian and Greek cuisine), and further restaurants and shopping opportunities can be found in the surrounding area (1km).
