Hiking
This is the last actual sod fountain in Basel. As early as 1869, the administrative report pointed out that this important fountain should be preserved for posterity. Even today, this fountain is the original from 1758, which is a special feature. Most of the old fountains were given to the Historical Museum and replaced with copies.
