Today we went to the crater lake with Birgit, Uwe, Georg and Aisha from the Höwenegg WP in wonderful hiking weather. The deep blue water and the reflection from the quarry was very nice to see. The paths in the back of the circuit were slippery and sometimes adventurous. 😜We continued in the direction of the Danube and the sinking of the Danube. At the unfortunately closed kiosk we still had our snack break (with nut croissants😋) before we walked a great forest path along the Danube, which is still well-filled with water. The water became less and less until finally the whole Danube sank and we could walk in the river bed.Past the Hattingen train station, the circular route led us to another wonderful Danube wave bench, where we took another short break (with marzipan chocolate). After another short ascent and descent, we came back to the special stage.Thank you dear ones, it was a wonderful tour with you and we'd love to do it again ... 🥰

The weather report said the next 2 hours would be rain free🌧! And indeed: it lasted just as long… .🙃!
When the sky was blue, we walked from the parking lot along a path along the edge of the forest and then into the forest. At some point there was a sign saying: Höhengasthaus and Nellenburg. And then it went on an enchanted path to the Nellenburg: just a small footpath through grass, nettles, with drooping branches ...! I felt like I was in a fairy tale forest! Only a few remains of the wall of the Nellenburg itself can be seen. Nevertheless, I find the narrow path there and the avenue that I walked back over to be very beautiful.
Punctually after 2 hours it started to rain ☔️🌧🤣

The starting point today was the Schenkenberg Chapel💒. The resurrection path with the new sculptures was inaugurated in spring and has become really very beautiful. After a bit of asphalt I turned right and then crossed country through the forest on a hunter's path. In addition to the many mushrooms 🍄 I was amazed at the large number of late bloomers! The ground was partly quite damp and littered with traces of all kinds of animals. When I saw the salt lick, I knew why.At the end there was a fine coffee ☕️ and delicious 🍰 in the Schenkenberger Hof. The cake is highly recommended ... 😋

We started our walk through the fall rows at the parking lot at the Schwabentor in Schaffhausen. You go through the beautiful old town down to the Rhine and then along the banks of the Rhine to the first bridge. From the other bank of the Rhine we heard music 🎶 🥁🎷
and spontaneously turned over the bridge to Flurlingen. In fact, there was an anniversary there, where a Guggenmusik set the mood. We were given an Olma bratwurst and a piece of bread and, unknown to us, were 😂welcome.Strengthened it went via Schloss Laufen 🏰 to the Rhine Falls. The path leads right next to the Rhine and is very beautiful and, above all, quiet. The water is clean and clear and you can see fish in the water in many places. The noise from the flop gets louder the closer we get to the pot. Even if there were a little more tourists there, I still found it pleasant!Although the way back was actually planned on the other side of the Rhine, we walked the same way back with a lot of chatting and talking🤣! It was nice anyway! At the end there was a fine ice cream in the Grüterhof directly at the end of the ship! True to the motto that stands above the Schwabentor (Fig. 22), we saw a lot today 🤣! It was nice ... 🤩
