According to tradition, the fourth church – built from 1791 to 1793 in the late Baroque style according to plans from the school of Balthasar Neumann, with its imposing appearance, articulated facade, and majestic 29 m high tower, is a true village center – also in the life of the parish. The construction history, which was by no means completed in 1793, was mainly continued and supplemented by the church renovations in 1913/14, 1957/58 (with an extension), 1973 to 1982, and 1991 to 1994. After 1958, there was space for approx. 450 churchgoers in the pews.
